Digital products are delivered immediately, so refund terms are displayed clearly before purchase and may vary by offer.

2. Immediate digital access
Our ebooks, guides, downloads and companion resources are generally made available immediately after successful payment. Because digital content cannot be physically returned, refund eligibility is governed by the specific guarantee and conditions displayed on the product page and at checkout.
3. Product-specific guarantees
Where a product includes a named refund or clarity guarantee, its duration, eligibility requirements and request procedure will be shown before purchase. Those product-specific terms control. A product that does not display a guarantee is subject to applicable mandatory consumer law and the checkout terms.
4. Technical problems and duplicate charges
If you cannot access a purchased file, receive a corrupted file or believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, replace the file or correct the charge.
